Great stay. Stayed on the 4th floor with amazing views of a church across the street. The hot rain style shower and comfy bed were perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location near Edna mall was convenient, and the free airport transfers were a nice touch. The wifi was reliable, and the staff were helpful and nice. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Great Location and Best Buffet the hotel is located in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from various restaurants and attractions in the city. during my stay, I was impressed by the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast, which was included in my stay. the hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected.

Poor Room Service and Slow Service Unfortunately, the room service was disappointing with unreliable cleaning services. the slow service at the restaurant and cafe made it difficult to fully enjoy my experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the airport and situated in the Bole area. This made it incredibly convenient for us to travel to and from the hotel. The hotel provided top-notch service, with staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. They were always friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We especially appreciated the ironing facilities, electric blankets, and free toiletries provided. The hotel also had a wonderful dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area, which added to our overall enjoyment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has easy access to the Bole area. the rooms offer a great view and the beds are comfortable. the breakfast is decent and the staff is generally polite.

The hotel fails to meet basic cleaning standards. the rooms are dusty and the bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned.
